Bought this refrigerator 4 months ago as a scratch and dent. Works great. No bells snd whistles to go wrong. Yay!!! No complaints. Plenty of space in frig and freezer. Keeps cold. Doors seal great. Not a noisy running frig.

We just moved in our new mobile home and we have Whirlpool appliances. The refrigerator is nice and seems to be working great. I like the design and very happy it is a textured surface, we are used to a side by side with ice and water in the front of appliance and will upgrade to one when this one no longer is working.

This is a secondary refrigerator for me. I like the generous size of the freezer. The refrigerator has a nice layout for large items like party cakes and a watermelon, and nice drawer space.
The downside, and in my opinion it's a large downside, is the door shelving in the refrigerator. Shelves are not adjustable. Too many shelves result in only a very small area can hold bottles (beer, pop, water, etc.). That is disappointing.
Pleased overall, except for the refrigerator door design.

I brought this fridge last December 2026. I am glad that I did. It has lots 8f space in the fridge.
The only thing I don't like is the crisper on the bottom. The vegetables don't seem to stay as fresh in the drawer.
It would be nice if the flexi-slide bin was on the other side of the fridge.

Ordered on Nov 12th, received on Dec 16th! Absolutely nothing but problems from the start. The unit ran and ran and would not shut off. Many calls later still various problems. Was told I did not report within 48 hours which is just not true!! Long story short, after shutting it down overnight on a Fri, the following morning it started to cool properly when started again. The problem I now have is how long will it cool ????????????? Frig sucks!! A new unit should never have such problems. Am now stuck with a flawed NEW unit.

This is my backup refrigerator. I bought it because mine stopped working a week before Thanksgiving. I bought it online from a company I use for appliances. Was I surprised to see how nice the interior of the refrigerator was. Multi shelf option and moveable meat compartment. The size of the fixed compartments are perfect.

After struggling for 3+ months. I find previous reviews capture my issue (issues!)
-- Difficulty balancing temperatures: Users report a recurring challenge in finding a setting where the freezer is cold enough (e.g., ice cream is not soft) without the refrigerator section becoming too cold or freezing food.
-- Inconsistent temperature swings: The refrigerator experiences significant fluctuations in temperature, making it difficult to maintain stable conditions in either compartment.
I was kind, rating is 1.5 or lower. Not recommended!

My refrigerator died and I needed to get one that was about the same size. The store that I went to did not have one of these in stock for me to see, but it was the only model that we could get fairly quickly. So far it seems to be working fine. We had an ice maker installed and the directions for that are confusing and I'm not sure if it is working properly so that's why only 4 stars. Time will tell but so far no other complaints and it is very quiet. We did get it for a very reasonable price too.

The Ice Maker did not work. A tech came to my home and supposedly fixed it. It now makes a few cubes and fills the cube holder with water which freezes.
Original wait ton the phone time for an operator was 55 minutes.
Still waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes mow for an operator to request another service call.
